Dirty bathrooms , money minded person , staff will want you to deposit complete amount before, he can wake you up at 12 am to get money. Do not visit. No ac remote provided, paid 1500 per day for nothing.

The location of this hotel was the deciding thing while booking it, lot many attractions are closeby. Average services but good for a quick stay. Liked the response from the staff for a couple of our requests, they helped us in booking a taxi for mussorie at reasonable rates

The hotel is totally different from pictures available on their website or other sites.Staffs were not supportive.dirty room,dirty bed sheets....we had booked 3 AC rooms but not a single AC was working...location is good but not for elder person.

Honestly, I sat down to write a review of this hotel and I couldn't even figure out a single positive point I could be mention here. I only have negatives like... 1). Dingy rooms 2). Dirty bathrooms (dirty commodes without hand-spray option) 3). Stinking environment 4). No commitment (they will give a family room with just one double bed) 5). No one to help you carry your luggage to your rooms 6). No phone to call the room service 7). Faulty AC 8). TV not working 9). Dirty bed-sheets I can just go on and on but I respect your time and would like to stop here. One last point I'd like to close this review with is there isn't any approach road to this hotel. You can reach this hotel either by climbing a steep & dirty staircase from the Upper Road or by using a passage from the Mansa Devi trolley road. Please note no rickshaw agree to use that passage to go to this hotel. If you have elderly people in your group then you are screwed totally.

My stay in Hotel Gagandeep has indeed gone on to be one of my best vacations. Good room services and other amenities you can find anywhere but this I feel that any number of visits to this place cannot take away the charm it offers to its visitor. Moreover, it can only keep growing! The resort gives you no chance for any doubts regarding anything about it. This is one place where you can come and actually forget your daily routine. I feel that any number of visits to this place cannot take away the charm Iit offers to its visitor. Moreover, it can only keep growing .
